During this session, you will:

  • Explore your current challenges : physical, mental, and emotional.

  • Review what you’ve already tried, what has (or hasn’t) worked, and why.

  • Identify the key elements to explore further in your healing and performance process.

  • Build a clear action plan and a realistic timeline tailored to your goals and capacity.

Each session lasts between 45 minutes and 1 hour, depending on the depth of the themes you wish to address. We’ll use your experience and the results you’ve already achieved as a foundation to create meaningful, lasting progress. To get the most out of your session, we strongly recommend taking a few minutes to prepare beforehand, write down the topics you want to discuss, questions you have, or specific moments you’d like to clarify. This helps ensure you don’t forget important elements that could arise only after the session. At the end of the session, you’ll receive a timeline so you know exactly when and how to conduct your own self-assessment, and how to measure your evolution over time. If your request falls outside of my scope, I’ll let you know and, whenever possible, refer you to the appropriate professional.Please make sure to complete the pre-session form carefully before booking : this allows us to make the most of our time together.
