TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

ARTICLE 1 : PURPOSE

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of coaching services offered by Life Supported through its website. The services include:

• The Life Supported Program: 12 Weeks to Free Yourself From Pain (a 3-month premium coaching program)

• Individual one-on-one coaching sessions (per hour)

All services are intended for wellness, personal development, and prevention purposes. They are not medical services and cannot replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

ARTICLE 2 : THE LIFE SUPPORTED PROGRAM (12 WEEKS TO FREE YOURSELF FROM PAIN)

​

• This is a 12-week premium coaching program priced at €10,000.

• The program includes access to an online support platform and regular group coaching calls during the 3-month period.

• Enrollment is strictly personal and non-transferable.

• All sales are final – no refunds will be issued once payment has been made.

ARTICLE 3 : AVAILABILITY

​

• Access to the Life Supported Program is limited to a restricted number of participants each year.

• Enrollment is confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis once payment has been completed.

• If places are no longer available, the client will be informed promptly and may choose an alternative date or request a full refund.

ARTICLE 4 : INDIVIDUAL COACHING SESSIONS

• One-on-one coaching sessions are billed at €500 per hour.

• Sessions may be rescheduled if the client provides at least 72 hours’ prior notice.

• If less than 72 hours’ notice is given, the session is considered due and cannot be rescheduled.

• No refunds are available for coaching sessions.

ARTICLE 5 : PAYMENT

​​

• Payments must be made in full at the time of booking, via the secure payment methods provided on the website.

• Services will not begin until full payment has been received.

• Life Supported reserves the right to adjust its prices at any time for future sales. However, once a purchase has been confirmed and paid, the agreed price is final and cannot be modified.

ARTICLE 6 : LIABILITY

• Life Supported cannot be held responsible for results that differ from client expectations. Coaching requires the client’s personal commitment and active participation.

• These services do not replace medical or therapeutic treatment. Clients remain solely responsible for consulting a healthcare professional when needed.

ARTICLE 7 : INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All program materials, content, and resources provided are the exclusive property of Life Supported. Any reproduction, distribution, or sharing without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

ARTICLE 8 : PERSONAL DATA

​

Personal information collected during registration is used exclusively for order processing and the coaching relationship. For more details, see the Privacy Policy.

ARTICLE 9 : GOVERNING LAW

 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, only French courts will have jurisdiction.
